cadillac fairview
When Cadillac Fairview created a “vision suite” to help lease more space in its soon-to-be renovated property at 250 Yonge Street, Ann and her team developed a special event for media and the top 200 commercial real estate brokers in the city. Coined a “Suit Case Party,” guests were invited to attend a presentation and cocktail reception with their bags packed in case they were the lucky winner of an all expenses paid trip for two to New York City that left that night. The party was a huge success and generated a significant amount of media coverage and interest in the new space. Today “The 250” is considered one of the best commercial real estate properties in Toronto.
rogers at&t wireless
While at Rogers AT&T Wireless, Ann coordinated the launch of the company’s first “convergent store” which sells the full spectrum of Rogers’ products and services (video, magazine, cable, internet and cellular). The launch was not only designed to generate media attention, it was also designed to target customers and potential customers working in Toronto’s downtown core. The strategy delivered on its objectives – the event was covered by four television networks, three daily newspapers and five radio stations and generated three times the expected amount of customer traffic in subsequent weeks.
royal trust
Ann coordinated numerous high net-worth client events for Royal Trust, including all logistics for a 400-guest reception and preview of Sunset Boulevard at the North York Centre of Performing Arts, as well as a large client reception at the Art Gallery of Ontario’s 1993 Barnes Exhibit.
